Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person.  My Work My Future is dedicated to creating a program where relationships can be created between retired or current tradesmen and women, and those who have an interest in working in the skilled trades.  We believe a mentor is a source of wisdom, teaching, and support for a mentee. Stay tuned.

My Work My Future is in the process of partnering with Exploring, a nationwide, non-profit program for co-ed youth in the 6th grade through 20 years old, for hands-on & real-world career experiences! MWMF is currently "exploring" the possibilities of launching a Construction Post and an Auto Tech Post in the Eugene/Springfield area.  If you know of anyone who is aged 14 - 20 who might be interested in joining one of our posts, please contact us.  We are also looking for skilled trades professionals in the construction and auto industries to volunteer.
